Castrol Connect broadly features two types of workshops: (1) Castrol Auto Service - a Castrol certified workshop offering quality service (2) other independent workshops using genuine Castrol products.
Castrol Auto Service car workshops are certified workshops that are carefully selected and audited on a 27-point scale by an independent audit agency appointed by Castrol. Involving an audit of workshop’s processes, technical expertise, and infrastructure, Castrol Auto Service workshop is meant to deliver a quality experience to consumers.
Castrol Connect is currently present in Delhi NCR, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad with a plan to scale-up to other cities across India soon. To get a list of workshops near you, just share your location and select ‘Search workshops’.
You can know more about a workshop by visiting its profile page on Castrol Connect to see all the facilities it offers. You may also check workshop’s rating and reviews and decide for yourself.
To change your service booking request, you can call the workshop and update your booking information.
Until 24 hours before your appointment, you can cancel your service booking from the ‘Manage booking details’ page. Within 24 hours of your appointment, you can cancel your service booking by calling the workshop.
We’ll send you updates by email and WhatsApp about the status of your service booking. Your workshop will also call you once there’s an update on your service booking.
You can pay for your service at the workshop after the service is completed.
Yes, workshops in our network use quality spare parts* for service and repair of your car. For regular service involving engine oil change, all our workshops use genuine Castrol products.
